Stay was not enjoyed at the unit. Breakfast room under construction. So they had bags to hand out. The whole placed smelled bad. The 2nd floor had no A/C in the hall and it was dirty and smelled bad. I would not go back to that location. I wish they had let me know it was not up to standards. I would have gone somewhere else. Coffee was good.

Not again! The showers are very small, my sister kept hitting her arm on the emergency hand railing in the shower and our bathroom door would not stay open. I felt like a child. They handed out baggies with child-like breakfast items.

130 for 1 night and No Breakfast buffet, but a bag of mediocre breakfast snacks. The breakfast buffet was why we booked. No pool time (pool was closed for a maintenance issue) which is no problem, things happen. But there was no actual buffet, but ziplock breakfast bags with mediocre breakfast snacks. Poor Bed was horribly hard but great if you like that sort of thing. Actually the fold out couch bed was more comfortable to sleep in - go figure! Staff and everyone I encountered there, was fantastic but the facilities could use some major renovations

It was an ok stay. The common areas were HOT. Our restroom had an odor. We don’t have pets, but just the fact that pets are allowed is great!

Disappointed I didn't like that they were unconcerned about customer safety in this unfamiliar weather situation. They had plenty of time to prepare and didn't. Psrking lot and entryway was slippery from the ice. Manager was only concerned about the mighty dollar. I went to renew my reservation before checkout and they already rented my room. I just think they should have asked me due to the weather situation.

Disappointing Walls are paper thin. Could hear people's TV on one side, people TALKING on the other, and people walking above us. Very disturbing while we were trying to sleep. Breakfast was terrible. Was expecting a continental breakfast, even if it was to go Staff was friendly
