Fair I didn’t like that there was food left behind in the cabinets, that I’m assuming belonged to previous occupants. I also did not like that the pool was closed for our stay.
Overall, a level below the type of hotels I typically stay in that are in the same area. The exterior looked nice in the photos and it appeared to be a newer facility, but the interior of the room was not up to standard. Bathroom shower had either rust spots or mold in the creases of where the panels meet in the shower. A/C Controls were on the unit and the wall controls were non-functional. Noise was loud due to thin walls. The location worked for me and where I needed to be for a business meeting.

Disappointing
No housekeeping to die an our room and a very loud party next to us until 5am. Terrible

Bait and Switch room rate. Confirmed reservations rate was not honored! We were victims of bait and switch. I had confirmed reservations for $250.00. We were charged $418.00 with no explanation. Location

Avoid this hotel if you can. Otherwise double check your credit cards Bed was very uncomfortable, refrigerator did not cool items, room table lamp didn't work. Oh, and then there was the credit card fraud. The credit card I used to book my room was hacked and someone racked up over $400 in fraudulent purchases- thankfully my bank contacted me about it within a short time. The situation with your credit card was reported to me and it has been looked into. was charged a pet fee despite the website policy saying it was free when I booked. I feel like it was a bait and switch.
