I don’t think we will stay here again, it seems like it is just going down hill. the staff were rude, the hotel had an old mildew smell, we seen roaches in the first room they put us in and the a/c only went from 59 degrees straight to 70 degrees. the location.

High hopes ending in disappointment I saw the poor reviews but gave it the benefit of the doubt. La Quinta usually has very nice updated rooms. The outside looked inviting. Check in staff was a bit snarky but nice upon arrival. The next day, not so much. Needed a key card replaced as it was no longer working. No one was available at the front for 15 mins. Finally found a housekeeper to help get someone. Our room needed lots of TLC. Bedding was stained. Paint job on walls was not too great. Chairs had holes in upholstery. Bed... read more

Bad Bugs, door didn't work, outside doors don't even lock Location

Hate it there Room had bedbugs, hotel had a odor, AC unit didn’t work properly so it was hot in our room. Breakfast was trash, sheets had stains and wholes in them. I seen roaches on walls in the hallway, the carpet was filthy to wear we didn’t walk barefoot. The shower water wouldn’t shut off so we had water on the bathroom floor. We cut our day’s short! Nothing I liked about this place

they did me wrong now I’m out 80 bucks which I could’ve used they didn’t let me reschedule for next weekend when I intended to do so in the first place nothing

Staff was great but everything else no! the rooms were dirty and the chairs and sofa where very stained and ripped. My fiancé killed a roach in his room. My shower faucet was turned sideways and when I turned the water in it went everywhere. Strong smell of weed. the sheets on the bed looked clean but had cigarette burns and rips in all them. the lamp shades are stained.. definitely not what I was expecting at all. the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and nice

Too tired to change hotels again Entire hotel was dirty except the front desk area. We were disgusted by another hotel we were at and la Quinta has always been good. This is the worst one I have ever been in. We walked in and a cockroach was in the middle of the floor

extremely uncomfortable after a few days in a stuffy room the ventilation was poor and the room always felt muggy. when we entered the room it had a mildew smell and the appliances didn’t seem clean the staff was nice
