Very Poor we’ll I didn’t like it smelled like cigarette’s & also the elevator smelled too? it was okay?

we didn’t stay in the room we left and went to the garland location it was nasty and the room was covered in black mold a 4 ft area of the roof was cut out and the jacuzzi didn’t work and that’s what I booked the room for nothing we ended up going to a different hotel

Fair it was dirty from the time you pulled up in the parking lot! Trash & beer bottles were in the bushes! check in was smooth soon as we got in the Elevator it was so dirty & smelly! look as though it hasn’t been wiped down in weeks. we got off the elevator it was bags of trash all in the hallways beside the doors! I checked in at 4 . The office chair in our room look as though it had food stains in it from last year! the only thing that was great was the bed! our shower curtain was tore half way down! if you just wanna sta... read more

Fair Big thing a lot was broken tv remote then mini refrigerate broken spa broken place needed a good cleaning
