Very Poor Not enough towels at checkin to accommodate 2 people. The room had an oder that could have been because of the filty carpet. I saw a roach in the bathroom. Water stains in bathroom ceiling. Rust visable in the sink and around the door in the bathroom. Stained walls and draps. I was very disappointed with the appearance of the furniture and overall the room did not appear to be or feel clean. I was glad that we had our own blankets and pillows. I’ve stayed at two star hotels that were better than this supposed 4 star First room I was in the tv did not work. The second room was filthy. No towels. Paint peeling of the walls. Facility was so bad I did not stay the second night I had paid for. I decided it was better to pay for another room at a different hotel then to stay there one more night. Nothing

The stay was terrible There were roaches in our room, kids in the hallway all night that should have been kicked out. The staff did nothing about it. The kids being loud running up and down the halls screaming kept my wife up all night. We liked the breakfast the pools and the beds.

Bad When I checked in the room the room was dirty, they moved me to another room. When I got to that room the ceiling was leaking and the door wouldn't . Third room the sheets were dirty. Location

Never felt so disrespected and just in shock of our experience. The fact that we booked a room online. We arrived to check in and got a key to a room that was already taken by someone. We unloaded everything out of the car just to load it back up cause the front desk employee said there was nothing they could do and for us to have a good day and sent us on our way.
