Dirty and we paid too much for pne of our rooms because we could not use the hot tub we paid extra f We wanted the hot tub room so we could relax and use the hot tub, BUT the tub was dirty and had old water in in from being previously used - about an inch of water with dirt or ? In it. The bathroom counter was dirty and the shelves in the bathroom were dirty with a few long hairs on them. We asked for extra towels because we had used 3 and were to they had no more to give us. Shower pressure was great

Won't be back The staff and management could take more pride in their customer service in ensuring that the customers have the best experience possible. The floors were filthy and carpets stained. Gym was dirty, with no towels or supplies for guest to clean equipment after use. Some of the equipment was missing psrts. The floors were coming apart. The room bathrooms need work. Bad The room wasnt clean. Had to request a toilet bowl brush and clean myself. Also, there was a pillow that smelled so bad like it had been soaking in water and then molded and mildewed and I went to the front desk and no one was there all night. The jacuzzi tub, room size

Fair The price was expensive compared to other hotels I've stayed in. It needs to be remodeled and furniture was damaged and the shower curtain rail had been glued on. I am thankful for being able to have running water here in Texas but I feel like the price was increased because of the demand because of our circumstances. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very Poor Not enough towels at checkin to accommodate 2 people. The room had an oder that could have been because of the filty carpet. I saw a roach in the bathroom. Water stains in bathroom ceiling. Rust visable in the sink and around the door in the bathroom. Stained walls and draps. I’ve stayed at two star hotels that were better than this supposed 4 star First room I was in the tv did not work. The second room was filthy. No towels. Paint peeling of the walls. Facility was so bad I did not stay the second night I had paid for. I decided it was better to pay for another room at a different hotel then to stay there one more night. Nothing
