Disappointing The bathroom door didn’t close all the way, the floor was cracked. It took multiple times of asking for a couple more clean towels and we asked for our room to be cleaned especially the trash to be taken out and that never happened. I understand that with covid that things are ran differently now but this stay was absolutely the worst I have ever had.

n/a well no one came and clean our room and and one of the staff was not nice at all and the staff did not have on a mask and other people around didn't have on no mask. On the 2nd floor we smell weed not happy here i book with guess the time Room was nice and big

Dissapointed Unfortunately upon arriving the overwhelming smell of marijuana met me when getting off the elevators (3rd floor). Returned to the hotel 3 different times and each time the smell was stronger. It was to the point my 10 year old was asking to just go home and not stay the night. Came in around midnight last night,two individuals were smoking marijuana (can clearly smell it) at the front entrance.
