Bad The breakfast is not good the juice machine and the waffles machine is not useful one of the workers told us that they have broken more than a month and that the owners do not want to fix it and is not fair because as guest we expect much better service and the rooms stinks of caigarette smoke horrible service I don't go back to this hotel never

Must have coffee Nobody working the front desk when I arrived so had to wait to check in. No coffee in the room when I woke up. The bed was very comfortable, it was quiet and very close to work.

Bad The carpet in hallway was filthy, my sheets were clean but top blanket was rumpled, receipt previous occupant in bathroom, no trash can. If It wasn’t in the middle of the night, I would never have stayed. Nothing

I was traveling due to a family event and check in , didnt have time to check room until that night bed sheets was not clean ,hair was on bed sheets and spider was in bed. There was an used water bottle beside the bed. in the hallway on the 3rd floor where the room was, staff was cleaning during check in time and food was on the floor. the next morning the same food was still there. just dirty and nasty Check in went smooth

Bad The entire facility was dirty, rundown and outdated. My bathtub had rust, no available wash clothe and my daughter found a roach in her room. The customer service

Disappointing I woke up and seen roaches in the bathroom. And the a/c unit was leaking which made the carpet wet. The staff was nice.

Hateful housekeeping staff! Housekeeping was not nice at all. The morning we were checking out I asked for a couple of more towels and wash cloths. I even brought my dirty ones back. She questioned me as to why I needed more because it was the morning and that’s when I shower, as if I’m not supposed to shower more than once. I told her I took a shower the night before if that was okay. Finally, reluctantly, gave more two of each.
