Bad The carpet in hallway was filthy, my sheets were clean but top blanket was rumpled, receipt previous occupant in bathroom, no trash can. If It wasn’t in the middle of the night, I would never have stayed. Nothing

I was traveling due to a family event and check in , didnt have time to check room until that night bed sheets was not clean ,hair was on bed sheets and spider was in bed. There was an used water bottle beside the bed. in the hallway on the 3rd floor where the room was, staff was cleaning during check in time and food was on the floor. the next morning the same food was still there. just dirty and nasty Check in went smooth

Disappointing I woke up and seen roaches in the bathroom. And the a/c unit was leaking which made the carpet wet. The staff was nice.

Hateful housekeeping staff! Housekeeping was not nice at all. The morning we were checking out I asked for a couple of more towels and wash cloths. I even brought my dirty ones back. She questioned me as to why I needed more because it was the morning and that’s when I shower, as if I’m not supposed to shower more than once. I told her I took a shower the night before if that was okay. Finally, reluctantly, gave more two of each. Fair I was on 3nd floor smell weed every day pool wasn’t not very clean I want stay again
Fair For it to be a property by Wyndham, I expect better. The paint job is very sloppy. The doors did not seem to be complete. There were visible dust on lamp and walls. I think they need to have the VP or President come to visit and make to where they would want to visit it. I had a 5 or 6 year lil boy down the hall who was loud and screaming all times of the night. People smoking outside the door makes it hard to breathe for asthmatic I only liked the staff. They are very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
