I couldn't be happier with the care my loved one received here. He is 85 and has dementia, and having a sitter provided when I couldn't be there gave me tremendous peace of mind. I visited five skilled nursing facilities in the area before choosing this one, and I'm very glad I did. I wanted to share my deep gratitude for jessa, normalin, megali. Being admitted can be stressful and scary experience but this three cna made all difference. They were incredibly patient, attentive to my needs, and always had a positive attitude that brightened my day. Its clear they truly care about their patients. Mr Gonzalez Mendoza , would like you to know the staff Jessa Aquino is a great asset to your company and to her patients . I been in this facility for a couple of month. Jessa takes the time to get to know you, your needs and your routines. Jessa gives the extra mile to see that your needs are met. Jessa is very friendly always smiling and easy to converse with. My mother has been there for a year now. She's been blessed with amazing nurses! (Eva, Johnell, jessa... etc) All around great! Thank you! My mother's care means a lot to me and it gives me a peace of mind and comfort knowing she's ok.

My mom is here and compared to other places, this one is well-run overall. A lot of good people work here. You just have to stay on top off your loved one's care no matter where they are.

This is an update to my last review on Las Colinas Post Acute. I was looking for long term care for my mother and Trevor Lords, the administrator at Las Colinas, assured me that things had changed dramatically. My mother's been here now about a month and I have to say things have changed for the better. My mother gets good care and the food has improved. It is much better. The day nurses were great but it wss not good at night. The nurses station wad outside my room and they were busy having a good time sometimes it took 1 hour waiting for help. Pt guys wete so nice. Housekeeping did a grest job keeping the rooms clean. As for me I wouldn'tgo back

My mother in law was sent there by the hospital for recovery after she broke her Femur after a fall, I was worried at first because we see several bad reviews about this place, but to my surprise, she was in a room shared with 2 other patients, after a week there, my MIL was quite happy and satisfied with most of the things there, staff were nice and friendly, the place is very clean, every time we went for a visit, there's always crew cleaning the floors, room was relatively clean and does not smell bad, Air conditioning of... read more
