Product was great for a few days but then noticed one side was ok while the other side dipped a little more and lacked back support. Woke up sore and back pain every time I or my spouse laid on that side. Since she has slept on the floor.

Mattress was good for the first month and then the second month. I noticed the mattress has spots where I sink. I will not buy again.

Bought the Plush Mattress and the first night it was great. The next morning and every morning since I purchased it two weeks ago, when we get up, there is an indentation (approx. 1 1/2 inches deep) from where we slept on that mattress. It never regained its flat shape. We are not big heavy people. Sleeping in a hole is not acceptable. It's going back.

We ordered the firm mattress, it's not firm, no support. After one month, it's already out of shape. It's hard to believe they could call this mattress firm.

Have had this bed for over a month now and my back has not been good since the first day I slept on it. Hoping in time it will get better. Not sure how long I should wait before trying something different.

This is hands down the worst mattress u have ever purchased anywhere. I’m actually shocked that Costco would even sell this. I have decided to just sleep on the couch. DO NOT BUY THIS, if you value your spinal health.
Truly disappointed with this mattress only after less than a year. The sides where we both lay are already sinking and the middle remains like new. Costco exchanged our previous mattress for this one for the same problem. I guess this is the way mattresses in this price range are made and to get even support across the entire face of the mattress we need to buy a much more expensive one?
