"If you want peace of mind, find another roofer." This roofer is heavy handed and does not respect clients or customers. Expect pre-lien notices before your opportunity to make final payment. Replacement of 25 sq ft peaked roof and spray foaming of 3 flat roofs.

I called today for an estimate (3-25-13) and the girl who answered told be the earliest an estimator could be out to my house was week of 4-15-13. She actually kinda chuckled when I sighed after hearing the middle of April would be their earliest available time. Obviously Lyons Roofing won't be filing for bankruptcy in the near future. Hard to rate this company. We had a leak and called for estimate. We saw such great reviews on Angies List so we used this company. The first employee was great, explaining everything we needed and why. We were advised that paperwork would be submitted and we would be called within a couple days. Everything went well with Lyons Roofing, up until about four months ago, when they sent us collection letters, saying that we never paid them. I paid in cash, on the spot, after the work was done. I had a receipt from the individual who did the work. It seems that they were more interested in blaming us for not paying them then they were into looking whether their people were actually doing their jobs. I don't know what the status of that is. N work was done. I called for a quote and was told thesomeone would call to make an appointment. I'm now on the fourth business day and no one has called. Not the customer service I expect from a provider.
