The Scheduling and repair of my roof went well. After the repair is done they will start sending a bunch of spam e-mails. No need to keep emailing me I already hired you and paid you. Enough with the emails already! It makes as much sense as buying a new house then the next day realtors start bugging you about selling your house. Fixed my roof

Not so great! Came out. Said would get back with pricing byend of week. never heard back waited two weeks ---called to find out status--- no returned call Patios are evidently too small for this company - meanwhile they lost ten opportunity to bid on the reroof of our rental our which was next on the list Ironically I mentioned we were not getting calls back from other companies. Was assured they would not do that !

Called on 10/22/14 for a roof inspection, explained that another roofer had failed to show up and they took the info and said they would call within 1-2 days. It is Nov 3rd and still no call to date. Called to get an estimate and they never returned my call. Not very professional for such a highly rated company. I understand roofing companies are very busy after the storms but that is no excuse for poor communications.

I waited the entire day for my scheduled tarping, trying repeatedly to get through to Lyons and leaving messages. In the evening they finally called to say they couldn't get approval from the insurance company. The insurance company also could not reach Lyons to give approval. Lyons said they never called them, which is a lie, because they left they left two messages in my home, in my presence, and I could not reach them either. Like so many other property owners the morning after that storm, we were flooded, unable to acccess our own property and had our phones on a service for several days that quite honestly was not able to handle the volume of calls that were coming in after that storm. Never had work done due to them totally flaking out on me Called provider. Had an appt scheduled for someone to come look at my leaking roof. Appt was scheduled for 8/15/14. Was called on 8/14/14 and asked for more clarification about the issue I was having. After providing more detail I was told that no on would come out friday because the sales person that was scheduled to come out has the job of selling me a new roof and I don't need a new roof.
