I was always curious about this service as I had been a early customer of TheDryBar and thought this was the color concept essentially. The staff was inviting and took me right to my appointment, the lady who blew dried my hair was very friendly. I have medium brown hair and had existing blonde and light brown highlights. I booked for highlights as I had a interview and needed to clean up my roots with undertone color and highlights. However, the product could not lift and match my color or even come close. All the hair colorist work really hard and are super kind! There is a new manager at the store(2025). His name is Jose and he is wonderful. Has created a great energy in the salon. I've been using the salon for years. It is convenient and their hair color is actually good for your hair! Having a membership is a cost-effective way to get your hair colored consistently. If I could give them 10stars, I would! I'm hooked and a believer of the MR hype! They patiently explained my color choice since it was my first time there and to first to color my hair. I was afraid to buy the box color from a local drugstore, burn my scalp, color my forehead, since I had no experience. Hahaha. I thought I would find the experts for my first time. I have been using Madison Reed products for a few years. I color my own hair and it looks great! I got a text from MR offering a special price to get my hair colored at the salon and a blowout. My hair turned out great! Everyone was really nice! Jax did the color and added a few highlights. It came out great! I was a little afraid because I haven't had my hair highlighted in years and now I wish I would've had her add more! I will definitely go back. They did a great job. The salon is really nice, too.

I was invited back for corrective coloring. The head colorist fixed the stripes and toned down the brassiness with lowlights and an overall demi-permanent color gloss. Now, this was what I was expecting! I'm impressed Madison Reed takes customer comments seriously.

I've been using Madison Reed products for several years. I increased my membership to include one inhouse coloring. So, GLAD I did!!! It was such a nice thing to have done once for myself.
