Love this place. The staff were nice and knowledgeable. Came in with overgrown gray hair and went home with a nice hair. Met new people and reconnected with old ones.

I've seen a lot of negative comments on here so I was skeptical of visiting this salon but I decided to anyways since they have affordable pricing. I'm glad I did because I had a really great experience. I got highlights and they turned out so beautiful. Not only that but the entire staff were super friendly. It was overall a great experience!

I am on the Unlimited Root Touch-Up Plan so have tried a few different Madison Reed locations. San Ramon is by far my favorite for many reasons. This salon is open extended hours seven days a week, making it very easy to book convenient appointments. The entire staff is always friendly and welcoming. Just want to update my review to say this place still rocks! Everyone that works here is super friendly and knowledgeable. I am on the unlimited plan and it is easy to make appointments a week in advance. I have run late a couple times and they can accommodate if you are within the ten minute grace period. If you are later than that, you will probably need to make a new appointment because it is crowded and they need to defer to the people that are on time. Ok, you really have to give them 5 stars when you have a good experience here. Super busy on a Sunday and sometimes the parking can be a bit tricky if you're looking for short walk. And I was avoiding this place because I had a terrible experience last time... but this time... Ah-mazing! First time trying this salon, I have a regular salon I goto but I took a break when my hair started to fall out for unknown reasons. I kept getting ads from Facebook so I decided to try when my hair seemed to be back to normal. I joined the membership online when booking the original appt because that's all the website allowed me to do. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and seated on time.
