I just came back from my roots and highlight appointment and saw something with my own eyes, I watched an interaction between one of the staff and a customer i'm assuming it was her first time, I don't know the whole story but it seems she was upset about missing her appointment and then when she became upset, the staff was very understanding and considerate and gave her an appointment 20 minutes later. The ladies there are always good listeners and help with ideas about the colors to use. The last couple of times that I was there, the self blow out station was messy, there was hair on the counter from previous clients, the products were all over the place and un capped..there was hair on the floor..they were missing a hairdryer..

This salon seems to be geared more towards people who want to come in and get their roots done frequently. It does cost extra $50 to get your hair dried, which I think sees pricy. Their Demi-color covered up all my grays. I went using the new customer promo, Maddie was my stylist. Loved her, she did an excellent job, and I am very happy with my color, but probably will not be back as I prefer a more full service salon.

Today was the best service with everything I'm so happy the girl was sweet and friendly. I forgot to ask her name the girl did my shampoo. She was the best and she gave me the best service.

My stylist really knows the products she uses! We discuss different colors and she always knows what to use..the ladies who work there are so pleasant even when they are either understaffed or over booked! Even the girls who help with shampoos are pleasant!

Candace was lovely! She talked to me about my goals, what I wanted my hair to look like, how often I wanted to do upkeep. She was so gracious and helpful. I read the reviews about rude staff, but I didn't see any of that happening. It probably helps not going on a weekend or a really busy time, when people can get overwhelmed. The only thing I think that could be better is there are a ton of boxes and product in the shampoo room and it looks really messy. Beautiful location, amazing manager and very kind team. Yes it is a busy location but I am so grateful for the visit. I was late and the manager was so understanding. She explained all the steps when no other locations have asked. It is my first time at this location and will be back for sure. Parking close by as well but factor time for your commute.

I don't understand the bad reviews but I was skeptical because of them. I had a smooth and pleasant experience. Hair looks great, color is the exact color I wanted (although black is easy) everything was smooth. I would def recommend to a friend and the price was basically the same as ulta where I usually frequent for color. Also the stylist was a sweetheart and she was def an asset to the business. I'm bad with names but she had beautiful piercing and tattoos. Thanks for the quick and easy process!

Jada and Lilli were terrific today, I joined the club. It seems a good value these days with hair color prices raising sky high at area salons. I walked out feeling refreshed with my next appointment set. I wish the music was turned down a bit & the WiFi was super spotty but other than that, a great experience!
