Love their products... I use to order their products on line So when they opened at Broadway Plaza last Fall'18, I was elated I don't need to wait for my order. I can just walk n purchase in this store. I like the even results from their kits.

Very happy with the results of my color. Very nice spot Near Nordstrom easy parking. I got the pkg deal. They offer tea, coffee. Great place I'll be back.

Thanks to a Yelp event hookup, I got my roots, gloss and blow-dry done here all free. The process is definitely trendy. You work with a color specialist, who identifies a suitable color for you and records it on their tablet so when you revisit, you won't forget what it is. The process was easy and relaxing and my hair came out shiny and beautiful! They also offer a large selection of DIY kits to empower you to do your own coloring and touch-up at home. I booked my hair appointment from a Yelp event (Thanks for the hook up!). Madison Reed is perfect for people who need a quick touch up and want awesome service. I have solid black hair. Madison Reed does not bleach hair and couldn't color my hair. They also don't cut hair. But, they gave me an awesome gloss and blow out! ($75 value!) What a great experience. Give the location I was expecting it to be a bit snootier but everyone was super nice. I had originally picked a darker color and the recommended something a bit lighter and I couldn't be happier. The atmosphere was great and I even liked the shampoo bowls. I'll be back for sure.

This is wayyyyyyyy overdue. But shout-out to Yelp for hooking me up with an amazing hair treatment. I was helped by Jacqueline and she was very welcoming, nice, and thorough during the entire process. I showed up about 30 mins early not knowing what to expect and hoping I can make an appt right after (which I did) and not have to pay extra for the parking (which I didn't have too) SCORE! It's so hard for me to only give Madison Reed Color Bar 4 stars. If you have lighter colored, straight hair this place is going to be a 5 star for you. As far as me, I have naturally black curly (3B/3C) hair and have mostly colored my hair at home in the past, with the exception of an ombre style I had 4 or 5 years ago. I had a lot of fun here. I got the tinted gloss with a blow out. I'm going to start with my one thing I wished. I have a balayage in my hair and I wish there was a way they could have blended out the color more to match the shading of the balayage. I'm glad that the color is not permanent. However I really love the gloss. I think I would just get the clear gloss. This revived my hair. The ends were dry and breaking. The gloss just coated them and sealed them down.
