Team was amazing from when I walked in to check in! I decided to spoil myself with color, shampoo + deep conditioner treatment, and last but not least blow out. EVERYTHING was amazing and I left feeling fabulous!!

I've been getting my roots done at Madison Reed for several years now. Tonight, I had Solange do my roots and I was blown away by her attention to detail of which I've never experienced at the salon before. She combed the product through my roots to ensure coverage, she carefully wiped all the product off my hairline several times and she kindly checked on my comfort multiple times as I got my hair washed. Great color bar!!!! I wanted to spice things up a little bit for winter, and after much internal debate I decided I wanted to go a natural looking red. I was so worried that my hair would either end up bright orange or Ariel red but I spoke of my concerns during my consultation and the manager said two colors mixed in the right ratio would give the color I wanted. She used a 1:2 ratio of one part Vesuvius red and 2 parts ravello blonde, and it turned out perfectly ginger! I can't wait to go back!

I have been going here since May. It is really easy to make an appointment online and I've never had an issue getting a day and time that I want. Every person on the staff that has helped me has been nice and helpful. My first time there my color was darker than I wanted. When I went the second time, I let them know I wanted to go a lot lighter for summer, and two of the women helped in finding the best color.
