Yes, I highly recommend. The colorist is usually very nice - only one time I had a bad experience with the gal who was washing my hair... I told her that water went "inside" my ear and she basically barked at me and said "that's normal." I was really upset so I didn't say anything back... but as soon as she stepped away, I quickly hopped on one leg to unclog the ear and wipe it out. She was a bit of a heavyset Latina gal... Team was amazing from when I walked in to check in! I decided to spoil myself with color, shampoo + deep conditioner treatment, and last but not least blow out. EVERYTHING was amazing and I left feeling fabulous!!

I've been getting my roots done at Madison Reed for several years now. Tonight, I had Solange do my roots and I was blown away by her attention to detail of which I've never experienced at the salon before. She combed the product through my roots to ensure coverage, she carefully wiped all the product off my hairline several times and she kindly checked on my comfort multiple times as I got my hair washed. Great color bar!!!! I wanted to spice things up a little bit for winter, and after much internal debate I decided I wanted to go a natural looking red. I was so worried that my hair would either end up bright orange or Ariel red but I spoke of my concerns during my consultation and the manager said two colors mixed in the right ratio would give the color I wanted. She used a 1:2 ratio of one part Vesuvius red and 2 parts ravello blonde, and it turned out perfectly ginger! I can't wait to go back!
