About to give up on MR online due to long wait times and no calls back from their color specialists, I went into the Walnut Creek store. the staff was friendly and helpful and the manager, Kedra walker, was exemplary. She was extremely accommodating and knowledgable; she generously gave me tips on how to care for my hair as well as to find the color and products that are best suited to my particular needs. what a delightful experience and now I'm looking forward to using these new MR products and having experts to work with.

Friendly staff, fast service. Love my color and I just purchased a root membership. Now that they're fully staffed there are a lot of appointments available. Parking is convenient too. It's free if you're only there for the hair appointment.

I like this salon. Its fast and easy, the products are high quality and the stylists are always friendly. The company culture however is flawed. I don't know if its coming from the top or this salon's management, but today was the second time a simple error happened with my color - instead of offering customer service that leans into satisfaction, they are literally afraid to admit any fault or mistakes - and will go lengths to make excuses as to why something could not possibly have been their fault. 5 star rating for Solange who was so sweet and knowledgeable and did a great job touching up my roots. Also added a pro boost per her recommendation and very happy with the results When I come back I'll request only to see her

I had the most "AMAZING" experience from start to finish at. Madison Reed. I walked in to the San Ramon, CA store on the Friday before the 4th of July. I was curious, skeptical, and in need of a root touch up. I didn't expect to get an appointment the same day. I was greeted by the receptionist and explained it was my first visit. Love Madison Reed. I like the quality of the product. I will try to have it done in the salon next time because I want highlights. Easy to do at home and much less expensive. They keep track of your account so it's easy peasy just walk in give them ur phone number and they have your color on file.....Great place!!!!

Wrote my first review 2 years ago, I think an update is in order. I still love the concept and have been here quite a few times, since the lock downs. The price has gone up though. I pay over $80 now for roots with tip. I finally got around getting the Balayage. It was ok. My ends are more brassy instead of caramel, but I got used to it and even like it - the first few weeks was weird though.
