I had a wonderful time at Madison Reed Hair Salon in Walnut Creek yesterday. The team was friendly and professional. The colorist my hair was very skilled and meticulous, she made sure everything was clean and tidy and no dye got on my skin or clothes. Although Kaitlynn who washed my hair was new, she was very patient and attentive. Overall, I felt very well taken care of. What a lifesaver! I've been coloring my hair for years, but wanted to change it up a bit due to a packed schedule. Thankfully I was able to easily book online as a new customer and got an appointment the next day. Arriving at the color bar was easy with ample parking and great shopping all around. I've sought different solutions for dealing with the yellowish color that shows up in my hair after growing out the gray. Was ready to give up on it just before going to Madison Reed and meeting Keiorra. With the assistance of Maria, she gave incredible attention to finding just the right color match. The results more than met my expectations. No more yellow. Highly recommend these women.

Samantha did SUCH an amazing job with my highlights yesterday! Madison Reed is great because the product is less harsh, easier on my hair, and I always prefer a more natural/subtle color. Really happy with the results.

Love the products but when I appeared for my appointment, nobody greeted me. I waited & was told by the gal doing hair that she would be with me at my appointment time in 10 minutes. She mixed color & went over to do another woman's roots, & caMe to me 25 minutes later & 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.
