Jazzy was great! It was my first time to work with her and she took plenty of time helping with shade selection and understanding how to improve upon existing color. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!!

The colorist missed a spot along the front of my part. I was sold touch up which i wouldn't have purchased normally.

Had an awesome experience as a first time client. The first colorist did exactly what I wanted (Matched my true color at roots and covered whites) but after a day I just decided my original natural color is not good with my more mature face at this point. I went back for a correction 48 hours later at no charge and am absolutely thrilled with the results. We collaborated to get a lighter shade then adjusted to a more neutral tone. Loved my hair! I loved it so much I was easily convinced to get the $40 monthly membership! The stylist took time to understand my hair and give me the best advice. Highly recommend!

The product is perfect for my very fine and thin hair. It never looks brassy or dry. The product lasts about 8-10 weeks for my hair. Love that you can purchase all the products on line or at location. Mouse,gel, combs,brushes are available to do your own blow out. Staff is friendly and engages in conversation. Don't expect to get the same staff member each time. It is whomever is available. Wish they had curling irons and hairspray.

It was clean facility . But my stylist was not helpful . She did not give me suggestions on the shades I can use . She wanted to just do a basic black shade while I wanted to try some burgundy but she refused it saying it won't suit . The stylist who washed and styled my hair did a good job I am not going back, they do not do what they advertise
