I was hesitant at first since my natural hair color is a dark blonde, light brown, and the colors online were giving me colors too dark from what I was used to. However, I went into the color bar and so glad I did! They customized my formula and the color came out awesome. My hair is also a lot softer than other salon formulas you can use at home. The staff is fantastic. Very knowledgeable. Safe environment. I have been using Madison Reed over 5 years. Their product is the only hair color that does not give me the itchy side effects from the chemicals. So glad they are now in the DFW (Plano-Southlake) area.

Love Plano M-R Color Bar. Been coming here for a couple years now and I'm never disappointed. Thrilled with my color, balayage, blow out... Thrilled that I got a special appointment slot on short notice and felt safe and comfortable with everyone wearing masks!! Very professional. The Manger knows how to maintain the highest standards of work and friendly environment. 5

I really love this place! All their colorists are super sweet and nice ! I love this concept and that you can end with a nice blowout. I would give this place a 5 but their system is corky online! I had an appointment and showed up a s they said I didn't have an appointment. Then they rescheduled me and it had free gloss. Then I had to reschedule and the gloss was gone. So it felt like I spent $55 on a membership I didn't use for a month. Besides this I really do love this place just be cognizant when Booking.

I decided to try Madison Reed because they advertise to have less harsh products and my scalp seems to have a reaction to traditional dye now. This is my first time going anywhere over than a traditional salon in my adult life. I was a bit skeptical going in. Positive: I was able to get an appointment quickly and they were able to easily match my previous color. Negative: They didn't get total coverage and so within a week my grey hair was showing. I had to book my next color appointment earlier than usual.
