Definetly not the best fourth visit. I arrived at the appt on time (30 min in advance) to only be started on more than 10 minutes after my appt time. Natasha was not helpful and lacked knowledge in mixing color. First off she informed me that there was no hair color product for what I had booked for (I didn't get a call or anything so I wouldn't have had to make the drive). So I have gone to Madison Reed in another city before and have not really had bad experiences. That said I just went to this location today and after my hair was colored & shampooed, I went over to the drying area to dry it. And that's when I noticed strands of my hair literally falling out in chunks. I have pretty healthy hair as I don't dye it often or use heat. So this was a huge shock to me. I just got my hair done today and the customer service was terrible. Everyone I interacted with was rude in some type of way. The color in my hair came out nice but I wish it was a better experience. First red flag was when the colorist told me to brush out my own hair in the beginning, should've left then.

I paid for a blowout/style today because I had an event. I did not like what was done as it was flat, had no body or wave as requested and I walked out paying $35 for a service that I could have easily done myself. I ended up comming home and re-doing my hair for the event and was late to said event. The person who was assigned seemed new which may be the issue. But I definitely do not feel it was worth the money I paid for a blowout I rarely treat myself to.

I have a membership to come and take care of my roots on a monthly basis. They have a system in which they register once they are done applying the colorant and.it automatically sets a timer to get washed. The lady who took care of me left for the day and didn't set the timer and I was sitting there for a super long period of time waiting to have the colorant removed... when I asked about it they were reluctant to admit that I have been waiting longer than normal. I would love to give zero stars. I cancelled an appt well before the 24 hour deadline and I was still charged half of my service! Not only that, they charged my card TWICE. Thankfully my bank found that suspicious and declined both charges. Unfortunately I am having to get a new debit card because of them. I called their customer service line twice and had the RUDEST customer service agent. She hung up on me twice and was terribly rude. Please don't give this scam any of your business.

I made my 17 year old daughter an appointment to get an all over color before prom. There was nothing asking for her birthdate, yet they sent her home because they don't service anyone under 18. Less than a week to prom. I understand rules, but that should be stated at the time the appointment is made.
