Love it! No harsh chemicals and my scalp didn't react. No more gray and my hair smell heavenly. My appointment was at 2 and I got there 15 minutes early. I was greeted by one of the staff and given a smock to put on. I was called in shortly thereafter. Service was fast. The place is new and clean. I thought the price of the blow out was a little pricey. Overall, I was very happy with the service but the real test is how long will the color last without the sealers. For now, highly recommend.

So it's my first time ever doing any type of full permanent color for my hair so I had no clue what to do or the process of it all. I made the online appt but the online only had option for roots coloring and some gloss and blow out. I thought it was really werid they only color roots and I couldn't call when I made the reservation so I just picked whatever I could and made one online. This was my first time ever to try Madison Reed. I had heard their commercials on the radio for awhile now. I was pretty excited to know that they are opening several spots around DFW and that this location was just down the street from me. Before you arrive, make an appointment online. They have various options like all over color, gloss, touch ups, and blow dry if needed. They also have options to where you can buy a package to take home to color your own hair if you wanted. It was horrible i did all over color and accent balayage. I specially mentioned i dont want any bright colors. She show me the colors. She started in between i noticed she told me to wait and ask another salon expert what she will do. I noticed they were whispering. And then she started again . I stopped in at the Plano,TX location to pick up some color. Several days later when I go to color my hair, the tube of color had already been opened, and nearly half of it had already been squeezed out of the tube. I basically paid full price for half a tube of hair color. I was desperate to cover my gray roots so I went ahead and used it, but since there was not enough color vs activator, and no telling how old the color was, my roots really did not get completely covered. Madison Reed has the worst app and payment system. it continuously bumps my payment off and then it's impossible to speak to someone at customer serivice to correct it. I have had the ongoing membership shin e 2021 and it has deleted my payment multiple times. today I was charged full price and customer service was impossible to get a hold of

kept waiting for way too long, person assigned was not very helpful with suggestion, left me waiting to attend another client - no explanation. no smile and no apology from the person concerned or from manager. had to cancel the actual service booked as was waiting long. person assigned did seem more comfortable taking care of Caucasian hair!
