Love it! No harsh chemicals and my scalp didn't react. No more gray and my hair smell heavenly. My appointment was at 2 and I got there 15 minutes early. I was greeted by one of the staff and given a smock to put on. I was called in shortly thereafter. Service was fast. The place is new and clean. I thought the price of the blow out was a little pricey. Overall, I was very happy with the service but the real test is how long will the color last without the sealers. For now, highly recommend.

So it's my first time ever doing any type of full permanent color for my hair so I had no clue what to do or the process of it all. I made the online appt but the online only had option for roots coloring and some gloss and blow out. I thought it was really werid they only color roots and I couldn't call when I made the reservation so I just picked whatever I could and made one online. This was my first time ever to try Madison Reed. I had heard their commercials on the radio for awhile now. I was pretty excited to know that they are opening several spots around DFW and that this location was just down the street from me. Before you arrive, make an appointment online. They have various options like all over color, gloss, touch ups, and blow dry if needed. They also have options to where you can buy a package to take home to color your own hair if you wanted. I go to this location because it is close. I went to the location in Allen today and was so much more pleased with the results. The Plano location has hair color on the walls, hair all over the floor and hair drying stations, limited tools to dry your own hair, and most importantly lack of training (once I left with so much conditioner still in my hair it was crunchy and had to be re-washed at home). Seriously... zero customer service. Had the absolute worst experience today. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 2:45 p.m. appointment. I was told I was too early to be checked in and asked to have a seat. Fine. But even 10 minutes after my appointment time, no one had checked me in. Seems my roots from the root touch up are not the same color as my hair. Still too dark. I will not go back Didn't care for the layout of the establishment but they were very clean and nice. They only do color so I had to trim my own bangs. And for a place with bar in the name, no wine.

It was horrible i did all over color and accent balayage. I specially mentioned i dont want any bright colors. She show me the colors. She started in between i noticed she told me to wait and ask another salon expert what she will do. I noticed they were whispering. And then she started again .
