I am a person who get their hair highlighted so Madison Reed does not offer highlights as of now. They were able to lighten my roots and bring me to a really close match though and I love it! One I decide to go a little darker I will definitely be using their services. It's such a cute place, clean and the models on their walls are beautiful and natural. I have a lot of grays for a 29-year-old! I love this place because it's like a DryBar for color. They have everything I need. I went for the first time last week and Becca was my colorist. She listened to my hair concerns and found a shade that would blend with my balayage and cover my grays. She also pulled the color through! Made my appointment last minute because my regular stylist wasn't available. I was skeptical but willing to try it because I had seen the advertising on Facebook. I was not disappointed!! I love that all they do is color. I didn't have to wait, they started on time i was in and out in 1.5 hours. My color looks great. I would definitely recommend this place!

I went to Madison Reed yesterday! It was an awesome experience. Meghan colored my hair to perfection! I booked an appointment for the next day... so no long waits for service. It was a very clean salon. I love the option of blowing your own hair dry... they even provided a heat shied treatment. It's my go to color salon,! Thank you Madison Reed Lynn D

It was a decent experience. I arrived and the front desk was very kind. When it came time for my treatment, the woman seemed a little disinterested. There wasn't really a conversation and she was very short. We decided my roots were fine enough as is. The white strands were not enough for the full roots service. Instead we would do gloss. She asked clear or color. When I asked for clarification she chose a color and said we would do that. She didn't speak to me again. The gloss was applied. My overall experience was great. The online booking is very easy and I liked the friendly reminder. When I arrived I was instantly greeted. I didn't wait long to be helped. I was offered water, coffee or tea. They helped me match the current color in my hair to match for my root touch up. I purchased an additional hydrate conditioner. Arrived at 6:30 pm on a Friday. I was greeted and asked to wait. I ended up waiting 30 minutes until they could even get me into a chair. At this point, I was slightly annoyed for having to wait 30 minutes for an appt I already set a week or two prior. The lady helping me was very energetic and friendly which was nice. Great looking salon. Clean and easy to find. I booked online for roots and gloss. Lady named Amy did the job. Spoke to me just a tiny bit when i had questions. Great color hair. I didnt know that gloss is applied on top of the root color . After I was done, i did my own blow dry. When i check my hair in the car, i noticed she missed a few gray spots...
