Hannah Stevenson did exactly what I asked her to do, Great Service Advisor.
Not bad not awesome .. not bad .. no loaner vehicles really which is a bit disappointing.. also when the gave me an Uber it wasn't that great. Maybe im just spoiled... or maybe I just thought Gmc Buick were luxury brands. Perhaps I was mistaken... Perhaps.
As always a great experience! Amanda my service advisor did an awesome job getting me taken care of. I always say the best place for service is at the dealership. GM trained technicians that know what they are doing. They had a short video that let you see the techs working on your vehicle. Would highly recommend McKinney Buick GMC for all of your service needs. You will not regret your decision to use this dealership for not only a vehicle purchase or service after the sale.
Customer service was good but it would be great if there is less waiting for oil change. Specially 7 am appointment in the morning should not take long.

A+++++++ the salesman was great but the finance guy was too abrasive when we told him up front we didn't want the additional warranty.
