After going to the Mervis location in Rockville and receiving poor/awkward customer service, I stopped by the Tyson's location. After talking with Amber, I informed her I had a diamond and wanted to know specifically about a Tacori setting and the costs involved. After 1-2 emails, she stopped responding completely. The service at Mervis locations in general are astoundingly awful. Do some research as these folks are mainly just salespeople, not diamond experts.

Fazken and his team were consummate professionals throughout the entire process and were very knowledgeable. Their candidness was also very refreshing and made the decision process that much easier rather than being confused and walking out of the store knowing less than when I walked in. I would highly recommend Fazken and his teams services to many other and have in fact already done so. If I ever need anything else, Fazken will be my first call!

My boyfriend now fiancé (Lance) proposed to me with this beautiful and FLAWLESS round cut diamond. He is a stickler for quality and he and the staff at Mervis Diamond Importers did not disappoint. They worked within his budget and helped him so he could proposed on our 3 year anniversary. When he described his experience there, he said it was nothing short of fantastic. Thank you Mervis, for making our dream a reality!

Had a wonderful experience working with Monica on a remote/internet order for my wife's birthday. She was great with providing pictures and information via email in a timely manner and able to get the custom order in time for the big day. All in all had a great experience and would definitely recommend Mervis.

I went in to the Mclean location of Mervis with my fiance looking to buy two diamond wedding bands. The staff at Mervis were rude, took an exceedingly long time to help us, and then proceeded to treat my fiance and I extremely disrespectfully once a sales person finally talked to us. When we walked in, a sales person first asked if we had an appointment, which we did not, and then proceeded to make us wait 15 minutes while there were numerous sales employees walking around not helping anyone. Loved our experience with Amber who works here. We got everything we wanted. She was not only very informative and professional she was just plain fun to work with, we laughed alot while picking our rings and just talked about everything regarding the wedding planning. So happy for us and very accommodating. I highly recommend Amber she really gave us a great experience. Even when we just dropped in out of nowhere to pick up our rings she dropped in to congratulate us.

I came into mervis for our 35th anniversary to meet a friendly young man named Usman Sikandar. He did not rush us one bit we spent about 2 hours with him looking at their inventory and my wife and I loved how much he respected our budget and criteria that we had given him and now we have 3 platinum rings from mervis and promised Usman we'll come back every 5 years to upgrade. If your in the market for diamonds Mervis is the place and Usman is the absolute best!
