Couldn't be happier! We worked with Lauren for both the engagement ring and my wedding band. Both came out absolutely stunning! When we went back in for the band she checked and cleaned my engagement ring as well. Thankful for Lauren and Mervis for my perfect rings!!

This place is the biggest excuse for a business I've ever seen in my life and I'm what my grandkids call an old man! I was helped (if that is the appropriate word) by a middle aged woman named Amber. Poor communication after purchase, lack of competitive diamond pricing/ setting the diamond, & inconsistency among sales associates with statements/ limitations on engraving. Buy here if money is no object & you have no personalization requests. We were promised that we could engrave our engagement ring(ER) by the associate I chose the setting with. Rahul Vohra is the absolute best!! My husband and I were so happy and pleased with him while ordering my engagement ring and my husband's wedding band.
