My fiance bought my engagement ring at Mervis with Amber. I honestly don't think I could have picked out a better ring myself! From the beginning, Amber was amazing. She really treated us all like family! Throughout the whole process, she has gone above and beyond what we expected. Because of her, we went back for our wedding bands and are very happy with our selection. I highly recommend Mervis and make sure you talk to Amber!!!
Great looking store with knowledgeable staff. Overpriced and somewhat pressured saleswoman. They are cheaper than Tiffany's but who isn't. Check jewelers nearby for a HUGE discount for comparable engagement rings. They have any price range from a thousand to over 100k. They will make a custom ring for much less. I went to several jewelry stores in search of the perfect ring. Mervis's customer service, selection and staff knowledge was by far superior to the other jewelry stores I visited. I highly recommend working with Monica. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, never tries to up-sell you and very friendly. After making two purchases within the last several weeks, we couldn't be more pleased with Mervis! Elizabeth help us with each purchase. During our first purchase, she provided us with several diamonds for comparison and walked us through the specs of each. My fiancé and I just left the Mervis Red Carpet Trunk Show going on this weekend. We had an AMAZING time working with Amber Salazar and I feel like she spent so much time (over 2 hours!) educating us about diamonds that I feel like an expert! After going to the Mervis location in Rockville and receiving poor/awkward customer service, I stopped by the Tyson's location. After talking with Amber, I informed her I had a diamond and wanted to know specifically about a Tacori setting and the costs involved. After 1-2 emails, she stopped responding completely. The service at Mervis locations in general are astoundingly awful. Do some research as these folks are mainly just salespeople, not diamond experts.
Fazken and his team were consummate professionals throughout the entire process and were very knowledgeable. Their candidness was also very refreshing and made the decision process that much easier rather than being confused and walking out of the store knowing less than when I walked in. I would highly recommend Fazken and his teams services to many other and have in fact already done so. If I ever need anything else, Fazken will be my first call!
