The service at Mervis is beyond compare! My husband bought me diamond stud earrings for our five year anniversary and was helped by Tina, Jeremy, and Zed - and yet again, he had a great experience!! There is no doubt that he is a Mervis man for life! :) My engagement ring was also purchased at Mervis and the service was stellar then too! Its always a great experience and the staff takes the time to explain everything. Thank you!

My experience at Mervis in Tyson's Corner was stellar. I arrived there initially without an appointment in late January 2011, after I'd been shopping online and in other local jewelers for an engagement ring. I was at Mervis twice this past weekend in search of the best price and quality engagement ring for my future fiance (fingers crossed). Both times I worked with the very pleasant Sara Tosyali. I would highly recommend working with her and Mervis. Not only did I work with Sara in the store, but she was very responsive through email as well when I had additional questions. There is no way to accurately express my gratitude for the help, service and kindness shown to me by Megan Hanson, Tina Clarey, and Mr. Ronnie Mervis. I can't imagine ever buying jewelry again from anyone but them. I lost my wedding ring and my insurance company referred me to Mervis Diamonds in hopes of finding another ring. I got engaged recently and not knowing anything about rings I tried out out a handful of different stores. Mervis' service was head and sholders above the attention and knowledge that I got from other companies. I bought my wedding band from here. The first one had diamonds pop out and they gave me credit to buy another one. I bought another one that had the same problem. They replace the small diamonds for $100 feet but the product is so poor quality that it continues to pop out. Finally they fixed my engagement ring and replaced a small diamond with a diamond that is significantly worse clarity and color than the others. Really poor quality and I've lost all trust.

My engagement and wedding rings needed to be resized. Kris Greenwell was super helpful through the entire process of getting the rings evaluated and an estimate to resize them. Kris answered all my questions patiently and communicated throughout the process. I am so happy to be able to wear my beautiful rings again after more than 5 years!

Robert has made my engagement and wedding band process so enjoyable! It's rare for someone to understand my style and Robert took the time to get to know me and my fiancé to help us find the perfect match! Robert also took my fiancés grandfathers ring and sized it for me. He made sure to keep the original engraving which makes it even more special. Never was there any pressure on myself or my fiancé. Robert made us feel like we were part of the family. We will definitely be back for our future jewelry purchases!
