I went jewelry shopping and Bianca Farrell took great care of me. Very knowledgeable and helpful representatives. Mervis has great quality jewelry and amazing customer service to go along with it. I'm so glad we chose Mervis. Bianca helped us select an engagement ring, and Lauren helped us choose our wedding bands. Both experiences were amazing! They were knowledgeable and professional, as expected, but also incredibly warm and thoughtful. They took the time to help us find the perfect rings and we're so pleased. Sara at Mervis hooked it up. She was friendly and professional; made the whole ring purchasing experience smooth and easy. Mervis has a great in-store selection of stones and rings that allowed me build the perfect ring for my fiance. Prices here are fair and competitive with excellent financing options. I'll be visiting this location again for future jewelry purchases .

I got my fiancée a gorgeous ring that she loves and it was comparable in price to other places I looked and of really high quality. Sara helped me through the whole process and made my life so easy. She's very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Additionally, she is a good communicator and very accommodating. We got the ring resized and that process went smoothly. Overall it was a really easy and pleasant experience and we can't wait to shop for our wedding bands at Mervis!

They made the process of selecting an engagement ring easy and fun. Monica did a great job helping us narrow our choices from the myriad options they had available to the perfect ring. (Don't worry, even though we already bought that one, there are still plenty of others to choose from. ) And they went above and beyond when I came to pick it up, spending even more time to help me prepare it as a surprise presentation. This family owned and operated company has a fantastic "customer oriented" sales team which reflects the owners policy of total client satisfaction and value. Nicest policy is that your total cost will be applied to any future purchases. Lovely and convenient showrooms in Tysons and Rockville. Couldn't be happier! We worked with Lauren for both the engagement ring and my wedding band. Both came out absolutely stunning! When we went back in for the band she checked and cleaned my engagement ring as well. Thankful for Lauren and Mervis for my perfect rings!!
