What a great shopping experience this was! My husband and I walked in, no appointment, which thankfully wasn't an issue as we were helped by Elizabeth. They do specialize in engagement rings but we were interested in diamond earrings. Elizabeth asked a number of questions and ultimately we began reviewing diamonds that she suggested. Went here today with my girlfriend (soon to be fiancé) without an appointment. As a walk-in towards the end of the day, we had no expectations whatsoever to do anything more than browse. Sara at Mervis hooked it up. She was friendly and professional; made the whole ring purchasing experience smooth and easy. Mervis has a great in-store selection of stones and rings that allowed me build the perfect ring for my fiance. Prices here are fair and competitive with excellent financing options. I got my fiancée a gorgeous ring that she loves and it was comparable in price to other places I looked and of really high quality. Sara helped me through the whole process and made my life so easy. She's very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Additionally, she is a good communicator and very accommodating. We got the ring resized and that process went smoothly.
