discriminatory judgmental atmosphere doesn most provide services listed on website or on google business services. I was scheduled for a appointment a while back and right at the door I was turned away , being told by them that they only "buy and do appraisals for products brought from the store it's self" which made no sense to me . you all should put that on your website and update your google business profile. (does not buy outside jewelry does not appraisal other market jewelry)
Lauren Davison at Mervis in Tyson's was exceptional. I had issues with my 9 year old engagement ring and she went above and beyond to help get to the root of the problem and worked with my insurance to make sure it was covered. She would text me updates and kept me in the loop. She was amazing and I would highly recommend working with her for all of your needs!

Wow - My fiancé and I are so grateful for Mervis. We worked with Monica Park and she is awesome at what she does. I had a vague idea of what I wanted and it took Monica all of ten minutes to give me clarity and help find a ring I absolutely fell in love with on the spot. I made an appointment for Mervis and arrived a few minutes early, as an professional or business minded person would. The sales associates were busy so I browsed until my scheduled time. My appointment time came and left, and I still had not been helped. There was one other couple in the store being helped and eventually a male came in and began chatting it up with whom I presume to be a manager there. What a great shopping experience this was! My husband and I walked in, no appointment, which thankfully wasn't an issue as we were helped by Elizabeth. They do specialize in engagement rings but we were interested in diamond earrings. Elizabeth asked a number of questions and ultimately we began reviewing diamonds that she suggested. Went here today with my girlfriend (soon to be fiancé) without an appointment. As a walk-in towards the end of the day, we had no expectations whatsoever to do anything more than browse. One associate, Sara A., came to assist us immediately. Not only did we not feel pressured in the slightest to buy, but she listened to us so completely.
