We had an amazing time at Mervis this weekend. We were treated extremely well by everyone especially our saleswoman Monica Park. She went above and beyond to make sure that we felt comfortable and taken care of. She made sure I understood all the options and got the exact ring I wanted. She made sure that everything was within my boyfriends budget and that he was comfortable with the price. Overall we had a great experience and we would highly recommend Mervis and Monica to anyone.
I purchased a wedding band and engagement ring here after looking a many other places. The craftsmanship offered by Tacori was in a league above all others. Mervis Diamond Impoters made my decision easy by being an authorized dealer. The expert staff (Deva Helmand) worked with me the entire time, helping me find a diamond in my budget of the highest quality.
My husband purchased my engagement ring here 8 years ago after looking at other jewelers as well. The rings we saw were more than just plain bands with giant diamonds; even the mens bands had designs and textures, which make the rings fun. Amazing customer service from Becky Hubbard! We had the misfortune of having to replace the diamond in my engagement ring. She was able to see that the previous jeweler had done a poor job with the original setting. While informing of us of what should have been done originally, she coordinated with Tacori to get the ring fixed and provided us with several diamond options equivalent to the original. First off, I'm not a fan of Mervis's cheesy radio ads, and I wasn't looking forward to visiting when we showed up, it was just another box to check as my friends and I visited every jewelry store in Tysons. My bf and I came here on a whim one night on the quest for THE ring. I am so glad we went because we had an amazing experience. It certainly didn't take me long to fall in love with Verragio. The Verragio sales rep was awesome. Our Mervis sales rep Tina was phenomenal, her no bs, no pressure attitude was much appreciated. She was patient with us and very understanding of our price range. So this is hopefully the only time I am going to be purchasing an engagement ring, and I have to say the experience I had at Mervis in Tysons was above and beyond. That location was recommended by a close friend, however the person he had dealt with was no longer working there. I made an appointment and soon met my salesman, Fazken Krikorian.
