I came in to browse and Monica was super attentive and helpful in giving me advice on size, color, style, etc which made the entire experience for me very pleasant coming from a guy who doesn't shop for jewelery often. I appreciate her going above and beyond!
Monica is the absolute best! She helped us select the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands. She listened to us and let us try on 1,000 things and was super patient with us! Will use her for life!

My husband and I went into Mervis thinking we’d just do some casual browsing of wedding rings. We ended up working one on one with Monica Park who made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. She took the time to get to know us and listen to what we were looking for. I was also impressed by the attention we got considering we were just walk-ins on a Saturday afternoon. I am hoping we get to use her for some other occasion in the near future.

Monica Park is a Rock Star sales associate (hands down)! Monica is very pleasant, patient and has unparalleled knowledge for jewelry. I had many questions about my wedding ring and she provided all of the answer including recommendations that I liked and purchased. Going to Mervis in Tysons was hands down the best decision I made. I looked up the top jewelers in the DC area and my girlfriend and I visited what I put together as the top 3. I had a diamond ring that I purchased 10 years ago on my 30th wedding anniversary. I decided I wanted to dismantle it and took the ring to Monica. Monica was upbeat, knowledgeable, creative, helpful, kind and respectful. I now have a right handed ring of baguette, a diamond pendant and a diamond bracelet. I cannot rave about Monica enough.
