A large, well-laid out and beautiful store with a gorgeous selection and dedicated, helpful staff. I haven't been lucky enough to purchase anything here yet, but I have had a truly wonderful browsing experience during one of their trunk shows (champagne, chocolate, and diamonds - what more could a girl want?) and I would have no hesitation about going back to buy. I bought a diamond ring 15 years ago from them. I now live in another state. a prong broke off. I called and spoke to Jordan S. He asked me to send a photo in. Minutes later he called me with a repair estimate. The repair was less than 500 dollars, and I was treated like I was buying a 20K diamond ring and not just a minor repair. I came into this Mervis location in Tysons Corner with questions and anxiety. I was astonished at how beautiful the location was and how helpful everyone seemed. I am writing this review today to recommend Becky Hubbard, General Sales Manager at the Tysons Corner location. After looking online, and at all the Jewelry stores around, I was not finding what I wanted in an engagement ring. I did not want the cookie cutter ring. A family member recommended I call on Mervis because of the great experience and on going service they provide, so I did. Went to Tyson's Corner Mervis to get a diamond for my lovely fiancé. Rahul did a great job picking out some diamonds, and Zed Mervis sent over the perfect diamond for the ring. Definitely will be back for all diamonds needs! A+

The folks at Mervis were extremely helpful to me in navigating the engagement ring process. Nancy C. explained all the different diamonds, cuts, carats, clarity, etc, in clear and concise terms. She was also very helpful in helping me understand which of the diamond cuts would match best with the setting I chose. My fiance was extremely pleased with the ring. We recently went back to Nancy @ Mervis to purchase our wedding bands. Mervis and Nancy made the whole process easy.

I frequently know what I want and so I walked into Mervis knowing I was looking for a beautiful Verragio engagement ring. I first took my lady with me to get properly sized and to "browse" around. Now, this is more of an upscale jewelry store in my opinion and I knew what to expect. Surely I was prepared for at least some sort of judging as with most jewelry stores. I bought my fiance her engagement ring at Mervis about 2 months ago. She loved the ring which is important to her and me both, but what was the most important thing to me was the way in which I was handled by the sales staff. Nancy Choi was the salesperson who helped me through my purchase.
