This review is based on a number of factors in which i felt my sales woman Deva, and Mervis Diamonds exceeded my expectation in my purchase of an engagement ring. I was in the area for a wedding and just dropped by on a Saturday, not always the best time for walk-ins in a retail business as its busy. I was greeted by a nice young lady Deva. My wife and I have made multiple purchases from Mervis (engagement ring and both wedding bands). From the first time we stepped foot in the store our sales person, Tina, taught us what to look for when shopping for diamonds and quickly earned our trust. We were fairly treated and got a great deal. Shopping in their stores feels like a family experience with the Mervis's consistently around.
