My sales representative, Deva, was great at providing suggestions for designs my girlfriend would like, while still fitting within my budget. My Mervis experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted and given a full diamond buying explanation. When it comes to professionalism, Mervis Diamond is at the top of the class. Their Tysons Corner location is elegant and inspiring. A large, well-laid out and beautiful store with a gorgeous selection and dedicated, helpful staff. I haven't been lucky enough to purchase anything here yet, but I have had a truly wonderful browsing experience during one of their trunk shows (champagne, chocolate, and diamonds - what more could a girl want?) and I would have no hesitation about going back to buy. I bought a diamond ring 15 years ago from them. I now live in another state. a prong broke off. I called and spoke to Jordan S. He asked me to send a photo in. Minutes later he called me with a repair estimate. The repair was less than 500 dollars, and I was treated like I was buying a 20K diamond ring and not just a minor repair.
