My fiancé and I were looking for wedding bands and happened to stop at Mervis. They're normally appointment only, but they let us do a walk-in and were very welcoming! Elizabeth worked with us on finding exactly what we wanted, even making suggestions along the way for things we hadn't even considered. Although she had an appointment scheduled with another customer, she did a great job helping all of us, and I didn't feel rushed or ignored. We came in today looking for wedding bands. We'd made our appointment online yesterday, which was an easy process. Robert took great care of us and listened to what we were looking for and what we liked. There were so many options, it could've easily become overwhelming but we narrowed down the field pretty quickly. It goes without saying that all of the jewelry was gorgeous. I found a couple of lovely wedding ring options that I'm not considering.

My fiance spoke so highly of Robert Brenner at Mervis Diamond after buying my engagement ring there-I was so excited to meet him! When I finally did, he lived up to all of my expectations. There is a reason why Mervis gets such high marks. They are very straightforward, the quality is good, and the pricing is fair. I had a great experience with Kris in the Rockville location. He helped me find the perfect setting and perfect diamond. Highly recommended.

I stopped in briefly to see the selection of diamond rings. I was assisted by Janette Davila whom was extremely friendly and welcoming. I did not make a purchase this day because everything was very expensive, but everything that Janette shown me was very good quality, and very high class. If I get into a better tax bracket, I will return. If you do visit this location ask for Janette, she is amazing and will devote as much time as you need to make your selection.

I've visited Mervis at important times in my life over the last 15+ years. In 2011, their wonderful customer service helped me find the perfect engagement ring at a price I could afford. Mervis is wonderful! My fiance got my engagement ring here and had a great experience. They were willing to work within his budget to get hom exactly what he wanted. When it came time to get our wedding rings, there was no question that I wanted to go back to Mervis. Not only do they do the cleaning and sizing in house, but they are always willing to help without appointments. We worked with both Kristopher and Angel and they were both great! I highly recommend going to Mervis!

My future son-in-law just got the best service and price here. He asked me to come along with him, he felt I might be needed in negotiating- but it was unnecessary. I found them to be very honest and they guarantee their pricing. They gave us great pricing from the start. no haggling necessary. I purchased an engagement ring from the mervis in Rockville. I literally could not have had a better experience there. I worked with Kris and I must say he was just amazing! Told him my budget and he took the rest from there. Made the whole process fun and relaxing and didn't try to up sell me one bit. I highly recommended Kris and the Rockville team!!!!!!!
