I recently purchased a ring from this Mervis location, and could not have been happier! They have an exquisite selection of jewelry for all fashions. From start to finish I was treated with the upmost respect from the entire staff. Oh, and did I mention to say they had my ring set and completed in less than 2 hours! I recommend Mervis to anyone looking to purchase a high quality piece of jewelry.

My husband and I had such an amazing experience at Mervis. Especially with Janette Davila. I had a specific ring in mind for my wedding band and she made that idea come to life. She was so patient with all the back and forth regarding the design of the ring and it turned out perfect, I couldn't be happier. If you are in the rockville area you should go see her, she is amazing!

Brenda was very helpful with picking out or wedding bands. My biggest fear was walking into a jewelry shop and being judged for not wanting to spend a crazy amount on them. Thankfully she was very accommodating and helped us find our rings for a more than reasonable price. My engagement ring was a bit difficult to find a band for but she really knows her stuff so she made it a really easy process.

Wonderful experience. We shopped around Maryland prior to coming in here and Mervis was by far the most pleasant experience. We made an appointment and Janette had everything laid out for us and was extremely helpful in the process. She helped us stay within our budget while picking exactly what we wanted.

In the general DMV area, there are a lot of options to buy diamonds. This place has great selection, competitive pricing, and very helpful/knowledgeable employees that aren't pushy at all. Also, their cleaning and repair is quick and thorough.

I recently took my engagement ring in to be sized. My fiance did not purchase my ring at the retailer however I read their reviews and decided to look at wedding bands and have my ring resized at the same time. The receptionist greeted me and was extremely friendly however when she introduced me to the rep helping me- i was greeted by a very cold woman who had no interest in assisting me or showing me wedding bands. Bought my cousin diamond studs there, they were pleasant and nice to work with Didn't have an appointment but they still helped me right away and even cleaned my mom's rings while we waited. Other than spending more than my budget, cause they didn't have the size I wanted in stock, it was great.

I received no apology directly for my multiple concerns. However, after posting this review, I did receive an email with a note stating they "were sorry they had not valued my ring properly at 18k" with a new estimate attached to that effect. Not convinced it's accurate vice simply matching their last one...but it's something?
