Mervis has been giving me such a hard time about my rings! They are unwilling to make any effort in working with their customer to satisfy them after a purchase has been made. They will NOT resize your rings for free! There is no doubt there. I asked to exchange their own ring setting, but they want to charge me $400 dollars for rings that I had not even picked up yet. I went to Mervis with hopes to find an engagement ring for my girlfriend. We didn't have an appointment, but Maria Kamali helped us right away. She very pleasant and knowledgable. She never pressured me. In the end we had a great experience and found the perfect ring.

My fiance and I just bought our wedding bands at Mervis. Kristopher Greenwell took care of us. He worked within our budget and helped us pick out our wedding bands. The staff at Mervis was knowledgeable and courteous. We plan on doing business with Kris and Mervis Diamond Importers again.

I did some shopping around various jewelers and I ultimately decided on Mervis because of the friendly service and great value. Jeff was very accommodating and did his best to service me and always kept my preferences and budget in mind with all of his suggestions. I never felt pressed to make any decision I wasn't completely comfortable with. I eventually found the perfect ring and ideal diamond with his help and my fiancee loved it. Thanks!

My husband and i had such a great experience with Mervis previously ( almost ten years ago) we decided no question we would return for an upgrade. We were so pleased to work with Maria Kamali, she has such an warm, pleasant personality. She was not overbearing, pushy, or in anyway negative. She made the experience so great in all areas i needed. My then boyfriend and I loved our experience at Mervis. Kris was great to work with. We visited twice and ended up buying the first engagement ring setting I tried on and the matching wedding band. The prices were a good value and they honored the lower price when the band I was interested in had two very different prices as marked. The ring is even more beautiful then I remembered now that I have it on. Highly recommend!

The company will not resize your rings for free! They will not let you ex-change their own ring setting. Overall the customer service is very bad. Their website is different from what a local store practices. For such an expensive place their customer service is very poor. I was very disappointed with the store and would not recommend it.
