My then boyfriend and I loved our experience at Mervis. Kris was great to work with. We visited twice and ended up buying the first engagement ring setting I tried on and the matching wedding band. The prices were a good value and they honored the lower price when the band I was interested in had two very different prices as marked. The ring is even more beautiful then I remembered now that I have it on. Highly recommend!

The company will not resize your rings for free! They will not let you ex-change their own ring setting. Overall the customer service is very bad. Their website is different from what a local store practices. For such an expensive place their customer service is very poor. I was very disappointed with the store and would not recommend it.

I have been a patron of Mervis Diamond Importers for a few years now and am pleased to report that my experience has never been less than stellar. Hats off to Arnie at the Rockville location who has always been honest, communicative, and accommodating on short notice. Shopping for diamond studs or engagement rings may be an intimidating experience, but I found that with these folks, sales-pressure was never an issue. They educate on all aspects of the craft and you end up making an informed decision.

My (now) husband and I went to Mervis when we were engagement ring shopping since we had heard good things about them. The sales associate was very passionate about diamonds and patient with us as we asked a lot of questions and tried on several settings. If you want the best when it comes to quality of diamonds, then look no further! My husband and I had a wonderful experience here! Words can't express how impressed we were with the service, and the quality of my engagement ring, and wedding band. I was so impressed, that I bought my husbands wedding band from Mervis as well. Even if we had an issue with our rings, they took care of it immediately (minor details). I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone who is in the market for TOP NOTCH diamonds.

My fiance loved her ring from Mervis. Initially, we had a very nice ring with a nice diamond. Eventually, she wanted a slightly smaller, higher qualiy diamond on the same ring. Mervis accomodated us and helped us change the diamond on the setting without any problems. Brenda Friedman helped us. She was very friendly and did not pressure us to buy a ring. My fiancé had an idea of the ring he wanted to give me when he proposed. Arnie at Mervis helped him bring his idea to life. After he popped the question, at Guinness in Ireland, he could not stop talking about his vision and how fantastic Arnie at Mervis is. After visiting several local jewelry stores it was readily apparent that Mervis was the best one to purchase an engagement ring and matching wedding band. The service could not have been better. Go in there and meet with Marilyn Z. She did a great job showing all of the relevant choices of diamonds and settings. I even met Ronnie Mervis the day I picked up the finished product. Perhaps I just didn't want to spend enough to satisfy the salesperson with whom we worked (I do not recall her name). My wife has small hands and we didn't want something huge, though in the end we still spent close to $6K for an engagement ring and custom matched band.
