Raised in the diamond center of the world in South Africa, they learned about diamonds at an early age. The brothers have always focused on quality diamonds and great value.

Our family has been a customer many times primarily due to the quality and the great service. I am no longer local and still go to Mervis for these reasons. My recent experience with Zed and Becky could not have been better as they were very helpful with both the purchase and Becky resolving an issue with the ring. It's rare these days to see great service in action not just in an ad and I expect to continue to do business with Mervis even from out of state.

I bought an engagement ring from Mervis recently for my fiancé. Tina was a huge help and made the overall experience stress free and very enjoyable. The store takes you into a private room and then brings you rings/stones based on what you have told them. Overall I was really happy with the selection and the final ring I purchased. They made a process that I thought would be difficult very simple. I would highly recommend Mervis.
I recently had to have my engagement ring repaired after I unexpectedly lost a diamond and chipped the main stone which was a sapphire.I was very concerned about getting the same quality and color stone. It can be really intimidating going into one of those fancy jewelry stores, but Angell was so warm and knowledgeable. She spent so much time educating me, giving me different options, and searching inventory to find me the best value! Mervis Diamonds has excellent customer service, diamonds, and prices. I had a stress-free buying experience with Janette Davila. I walked in on a random Saturday morning to start looking at bands and diamonds for an engagement ring; I couldn't stand using the "build your own" features on the popular online retailers. Went to Metvis about 15 years ago and had a great experience so when my wife recently lost her rings we went back. We worked with Brenda and had another great experience and got exactly what we wanted. Brenda spent a lot of time showing us several beautiful diamonds and answering all of our questions. Mervis and Monica Park made our engagement shopping process so much more enjoyable than such a large purchase would normally be!
