I worked with Brenda Friedman and purchased a cushion cut 1 carat diamond with a white gold halo band. I knew exactly what cut, band, and size my gf wanted. It took less than an hour to narrow down which ring I chose. Brenda was patient and helpful with everything and made the process easy. Thank you to Brenda as my fiance is absolutely stunned at how beautiful her ring is. Thank you again!!

They give you the best service of your life. The staff is knowledgeable give them your budget and they can work with you. One thing I would recommend is visit there website to check the price of the diamonds and inventory before you go into the store. So you don't go in asking for sizes and quality you def can't afford because once you see it in person its' hard to say no. I went here looking for a wedding ring upgrade. I actually found two rings that I really liked I'm just not ready to make a decision because I don't have that "this is definitely the one" feeling. This store caters to a very particular target market. If you like to be able to walk in and look at all the inventory, point to what you want to try on, and then buy, this store isn't for you. I went to a few places and didn't really feel comfortable with the selection or the service I received. I was looking to buy an engagement ring and had never bought a diamond before. Mervis was our first time we looking at engagement rings. They were very friendly as soon as we walked in the door, even though we did not have an appointment. The staff asked us what we were looking for and we discussed our interest in a sapphire engagement ring. Five stars for Brenda, she was incredibly helpful as well as patient when I visited about engagement ring shopping. Didn't have a prior appointment but was still given preferred customer type treatment as she brought out numerous different options and answered my many questions. Haven't made the big purchase yet, but this was a great place to start the process.

Mervis has been giving me such a hard time about my rings! They are unwilling to make any effort in working with their customer to satisfy them after a purchase has been made. They will NOT resize your rings for free! There is no doubt there. I asked to exchange their own ring setting, but they want to charge me $400 dollars for rings that I had not even picked up yet. So I am stuck with my engagement ring which has not been sized and I can not even exchange it for a different one without paying them $400 dollars first for r... read more

I went to Mervis with hopes to find an engagement ring for my girlfriend. We didn't have an appointment, but Maria Kamali helped us right away. She very pleasant and knowledgable. She never pressured me. In the end we had a great experience and found the perfect ring.
