I bought my fiancée's engagement ring from Kris Greenwell at Mervis, and we both could not have been happier with the ring and his service. He was knowledgeable and honest, and even fought to get us a price on a diamond that was virtually equal to wholesale price so that we could get it all done through Mervis. When there was a snafu with the timing of the shipping (not his fault), he again fought for us and got it UPS'ed on Saturday delivery. I searched everywhere to find a ring that wasnt a "cookie-cutter" style of ring and I was very frustrated that I couldnt find THE RING. My fiance suggested I make a trip to Mervis based on a friends recommendation. I was so glad I did. After explaining to a friend how I just hadn't found the right ring or come across a sales associate that seemed to care the least about my preference's, he told me about his experience at Mervis and their staff. I had a great experience with the Rockville Mervis Diamonds when buying an engagement ring for my gf/now fiance. I set up an initial appointment just to better help me understand what I was getting into (I had no idea about diamonds/rings). I let them know up front that I probably wasn't going to be buying the ring for another 3-5 months and they were completely understanding. I didn't work directly with him, but my husband said Robert at the Rockville, Maryland location was absolutely the best. Since it was a surprise for me, my husband handled everything and worked with Robert by himself. I love the ring!!

Definitely check out Mervis in Rockville if you are in need of engagement rings or wedding bands. My fiance purchased my ring from Mervis and I absolutely love it. He worked with Sonila and she is incredibly awesome. She is super friendly and very knowledgeable. She wants you or the recipient to truly love the item and isn't just trying to push a deal. Nobody shops for diamonds every day. They made it comfortable though I was a bit clueless. Can't always tell if a diamond "sale" means I'm getting a good price. I left feeling I was treated well and got the best deal I was likely to get.
