Black Ink Very difficult to find black ink on Amazon especially on prime, make sure to research availability of ink and price before buying
Brother: When a Zero rating isn't possible . . . One quirky machine. Lots of features, most of which don't work. When I swapper toner cartridges it stopped working altogether. Worst of all, there's no support. At all. This one is on its way to the recycle/dump - apparently where it was destined from creation. Buy anything else.
SLOW AF its not bad connects to wifi, prints what you need to but will take 15 minutes to print one basic page. im not kidding its slow as f
Disappointed Bought this in Dec 2019...May 2020 a printer head is stuck on right side and won't move. Unable to print. Hardly used this machine start up ink is still full. Now I have to find another. Dissatisfied with this product.
Piece of junk. Save your money. I bought this printer to be able to print wirelessly from various devices in the house. It does that... as long as you unplug and plug it in every time you want to print. Even then, sometimes it takes a good 10 mins to "clean itself." Doesn't accept OEM ink cartridges, so you're left paying an arm and a leg for OEM ink. I've almost thrown it out a half dozen times already. Will never buy another Brother. Save your time, money and frustration and buy another brand.
It's cheap for a reason I wouldn't recommend this printer nor would I buy another one. I am almost convinced today's printers are designed to be thrown away when the ink runs out. This one would fall in the category of dispose when ink runs out.
This printer SUCKS! This printer has been more frustration than it's worth! Although we've reset the feature many times, it continues to print on both sides of the paper. Now, after only owning it for 6 months, it has a "paper jam" error message that won't clear out. We cannot get a hold of Brother for help. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRINTER! It's not worth the aggravation nor the money.
wont recognize operating system with 2 different attempted As others have stated, this printer does'nt recognize an operating system. I had realized it after all attempts were made to get printer to work when router was'nt found. I updated to Mac OS, it didnt work either, brother support was not helpful, nor was their online guidance with Brother. And its too late to return the item
