Doesn't work Bought this a couple months ago and finally needed to print from it while working from home. Printer won't read the ink so it is useless.

Not user friendly Scanner only scans half a page. Not user friendly. directions unclear. I wish I had purchased the extended warranty.
Printing Once you change the ink from the one that comes in box it doesn’t print clear from then on with brother ink
Absolutely will not print double sided This printer is okay for the money, but every time I try to print double sided, and I mean EVERY piece of paper, it jams on the flip. So, if you want to just print one-sided, it's a decent machine. Set up is easy.
Do Not Buy! Does not setup. Horrendous instructions that do not work. Ended up losing my money when I threw it away.
Will eat every single page that you try to print double-sided, don't waste your money Printer cannot duplex, which is the only reason I purchased it. Save your money and buy something better.
Not worth the money This is the worse printer I have ever bought. After only 2 months it stopped working due to the pick up rollers needing to be cleaned which took 5 trys to fix. I have yet to get it to print photos. Very disappointed!!!
Won't print in black when color ink is out I really need to print a few forms using just black ink. The printer won't let me do that no matter what settings I change. I have over 50% black in in the cartridge but that's not good enough for it. I have to spend money on color cartridges that don't last long at all, even when printing in just black and white all the time. This is ridiculous and feels like a scam to get me to spend lots of money on color ink cartridges that Brother knows I would rarely buy otherwise. I've never ... read more
