Printer does not work We order this unit for our office and one month later is not working at all. We placed a claim. We need please to return this brand new and useless printer. thank you
Doesn't work! I have always had luck with all Brother printers, except for this one. I think I have literally printed 5 pages from this printer and it's useless. I had a paper jam and it literally shredded the paper. Now the printer is unusable. DO NOT BUY!
Uses up ink fast. Have to replace the ink all the time. I use it very little and and i am always changing it. My last printer was a brother and I loved it and lasted more than 10 years so I just thought I'd upgrade it. My mistake.
Lasted lads than 4 months... Didn’t last very long.... less than 4 months. It locked up and won’t do anything.
Paint ends quick Great machine, easy to set up and connects to all devices with ease, but I’ve never seen printer that drinks paint so quickly
Cheap, impossible software, awful support If I could give it zero stars I would. You get what you pay for, spring for a better model.
Never buying Brother again This printer was fine at first, easy to set up and pretty compact on my desk shelf. But conveniently about a year after purchase it started quickly dying, after the warranty ended. It started making noises when printing double-sided and jamming EVERY single print. The color is horrendous now. It's no coincidence that all this started happening a year after use, it was designed that way, never buying a Brother printer again.
Bad add. The adds for this printer imply that there is a photo paper feed on the back. There is not.
