Probably the worst printer I've ever owned Bought this printer on sale at Best Buy over the holidays. It worked great at first, but then just stopped. The LED screen stopped working and just shows a glowing white, no readout. All buttons beep when pushed, but do nothing. I can't copy, fax, or scan. If I restart it a bunch of times and use the desktop utility a few times, I can get a few prints to come out, before I have to start the whole process over again. Very poor quality It jams all of the time. I tried Brother and Epson a few times. HP is the way to go. HP has been the best brand for 20 years or so. I should stop trying other brands
Problem I need help with this line on the screen and the printer won’t do anything
BROTHER PRINTER IS JUNK THE WORST PRINTER I'VE EVER OWNED. IT WILL NOT CONNECT TO MY NETWORK NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES IVE TRIED AND THERE PRODUCT SUPPORT IS NON EXISTENT. DON'T BUY THIS CHEAP PEACE OF JUNK
This printer does not work. Do not buy. You have to constantly clean the printer roller. It just won't pick up the pages. It is defective. I wish I could return, but it is too late. I tried everything to clean the printer roller.
Never Worked Printer never worked. Thought it might be the ink so I bought new cartridges and it did not work. Scrapped and bought an HP from you.
Compact, but small paper tray and jams frequently This was the newer version of an older Brother printer that worked well for over 4 years. I have now had this one for several months and it is not nearly as good as the old version. It has a smaller paper tray and jams constantly. Every time you reload the tray, it asks if you want to change your settings (unlikely with this small of a printer) and you have to press that button as well. This printer is bad Half the time when I print it doesn't print anything out. Just a blank page. The other half I get it to print but everything is not aligned properly. I've already tried to do the adjustments to make the lines work propertly over 10 times and each time wasting ink. Haven't got to print anything of importance with this trash. I've purchased over 5 different brother printers in my life time and each one working great. This however has been the worst experience i've ever had with brother printers.
No good. Just does not stay connected to wireless network I’ve spent uncounted hours downloading drivers and rebooting network, plus hours talking with Brother support I have 14 other devices connected to the same strong network and NEVER had a problem.
