only lasted 10 months I have had 3 different brand of printers all of them have only lasted 1yr or less don't know if i don't use them enough hp, cannon, and now brothers ,, this sucks
slow print this printer print to slow.
POS Jammed first time it was used in duplex mode and every time since. An expensive paper-weight. Avoid Brother like the plague.
Bigger than I hoped but a good printer Great business printer for home and does decent pictures also. A bit bulky though
If you like paper jams and buying ink, this is the printer for you! Oh man, where to start? I had a Brother printer I loved, and it worked great for years! When it finally quit working I thought "Buy another Brother, you can't go wrong". Well you can! In every way. It goes through ink like a drunken sailor home on shore leave. Do not buy! Uses color ink just sitting there printing black and white only I have not printed one color page, yet the yellow is completely gone and the others are low! I was able to print for awhile by selecting black and white or gray scale but it will not print at all now. I have tried to black out the print cartridge window with a sharpie but that does not work. Stinks!!!! Very poor printer . Can only hold 100 pages. Difficult to navigate. Have to hit several buttons for printer to turn off.
Cheap Product This is a horrible product. The printer constantly jams up on simple 20# paper and simple print jobs. It's cheaply manufactured. I'm shocked at how poorly this Brother product performs. The only reason I purchased this product was because my old Brother all in one printer was outstanding. Now I'm stuck with this ridiculous crap because my return window has closed.
