Here's a printer that doesn't print I purchased this printer thinking it would be easy, all I want is to be able to print from the laptop stress-free. This printer is NOT the answer. EVERYTIME I go to print an error message pops up, sometimes the printer is "offline", sometime it has low ink and won't print. (an interesting sidenote, every color needs to be full when printing, even in black and white or it won't print, even if you don't care about the quality, IT WON'T PRINT!!! Wish I could say “brother printers” are the best? I find this printer w.an automatic defect.. it came w.the colored cartages I tried installing for a long time.! The CD was the only thing easy to install... I even went to my local store just because the colors wouldn’t install, blue especially it just would not leave the re-install ink section. Ido now recommend ANY “brothers” products.. they say canon &/dell is the best hands down.

I tried to put the black tape to cover the chip, but it didn't work. Ink cartridges still have ink, but it stops me to print any more. I don't need you to ensure my print quality, just let me print the papers.
Error message that seems to be an error. Keeps telling me there is a paper jam when there is none. I have shook it, blown it, examined it...no paper but it will not reset. I have unplugged multiple times to try and reset. Followed a video on how to reset, nothing. I know it is an inexpensive printer but expected it to last longer than 5 months. :-(

Worst printer I have ever bought for going through ink I thought that the reason it ran out of ink right away after I bought it, was that it had a sample ink cartridge, so I bought two more, and right away after installing one, it said I was low on ink, so them I put in another, again, low on ink, now I am on my fourth cartridge since I bought the printer in middle of July. I do most of my printing at work, and haven't even gone through a package of paper, and it is telling me I am low on ink again. This is the worst!!!!!
DO NOT BUY BROKE STOPPED PRINTING AFTER 3 MONTHS STOPPED PRINTING AFTER 3 MONTHS! AND CONSTANT JAM MESSAGES WITH NO PAPERED BEING JAMMED!

Crappy photo scan This is a replacement all-in-one. It is a good printer/copier. I have no reason to think it would not fax. However, it is the worst photo copier of my experience. Had I tested this feature sooner I would certainly have returned the printer. Being I am stuck with this printer, I am faced with buying a separate scanner. Very dissatisfied.
