Poor quality Printer jams almost every time I print.
Horrible Very slow printing and may be defective. It literally takes 10 minutes to print 1 page.
Not very good I only used it for 2 months and it’s broken.
Glitchy I bought this based on good reviews and a previous good experience with a similar printer. I am currently trying to print a 5-page document, and I've had to cancel it and send again due to errors 3 times now. With my old printer (that worked well for three years) that kind of thing happened seldom. Error messages and inability to print simple docs is a routine occurrence now. Stopped scanning after a couple of months of LIGHT use I purchased this multi-function printer and scanner for light use (printed maybe 20 pages per month; scanned maybe 2 or 3 pages per month). It worked great until about 4 months in when it suddenly stopped scanning. It would pretend to scan, but then when I was "done" it would pretend to upload only one of the pages and then stop...except nothing, not even the first page, was sent to my email. Still looking for a reliable printer-- this wasn't it. This device lasted eleven months. Then the component that printed black-- such as you use for progress notes, invoices, etc.-- became nonfunctional. Specifically it became irregular in the darkness of the print, ranging from medium gray to invisible with no discernible pattern. Not worth the money I've seen printers asking for original print cartridges but this one does not even print if one of the print cartridges becomes empty. Its so frustrating because the black paint not even half empty.
No Stars I can't give this printer any stars. Very poor quality, constantly refuses to print and jams every time printing is attempted. If I could return it, I would. Instead it's going to the dump.
Paper jams continuously Bought from Wamart, worked fine year..now paper jams on photo paper, cannot get it to print. Cleaned the roller rubber head, still no go. Anybody else had this issue? Also, prints color photos super slooooow. Maybe I'll go back to Epson.
