Jams constantly When it finally connects to WiFi it jams- how does this have so many good reviews?
Bugs! kept showing paper jam error even though there is no paper jame Horrible. don't; buy
No rear feed paper tray I bought this printer specifically to use the rear feed option that is shown in the product video. This model does not have the rear feed tray even though the video clearly shows it.
Junk Had it a 1 1/2 months and the phone jack quit working!
It only worked for a month This printer was great for about a month , after that it only prints whenever it wants. Sometimes it takes seconds sometimes it takes 15 mins or it doesn't print at all . Do not buy .
Poor connectivity with Mac. Poor connectivity with Mac. First of all, if you send a print job and the printer is off, you need to go tp the printer to turn it on. It defeats the purpose of wireless printing. Then, serious issues with connectivity with Mac, requiring unplugging the printer. Print quality really good, same as speed, but again, it's a hassle to make it work.
It's will BE DONE ! If it decides it is out of ink even though it's not even close It will SHUT DOWN, respond to reset command with annoying beeps and eternally read " You are out of ink " until you want to take it outside and go full on "Office space" (like in the movie) on the P.O.S. I had only had it for 9 months and very rarely use it and expected a bit more longevity but like all printers ( SCAM ) you get the machine for cheap and they scam you on the ink. Currently costing more than it's weight in gold.
Shattered dreams, shattered product! I noticed a corner of the box was damaged. Open box, styrofoam inside was broke! Bad sign #2. Took out the printer. On top and inside plastic bag, there was white stuff. I wiped the top of printer and was cut. Opened printer lid,and the entire glass was broke into a billion shards Oh my disappointment!! I'm actually deflated as I had work to do using this!
Would not buy again! This printer has been such a disappointment! We have had it for a good year now. It is clunky. It frequently struggles to connect with my laptop, sometimes pausing to think for long periods before printing a page. The color ink goes quickly. IT WILL NOT PRINT IN BLACK IF A COLOR CARTRIDGE IS EMPTY. I've never heard of a printer refusing to print in black and white when a color cartridge is empty. Ridiculous. All cartridges must have ink to print at all. It does do duplex printing, it does copy just fine.... read more
