Problem machine Excessive ink usage, all pics had a pink shade.
Shipped broken Got my printer and screen keeps saying jam I found 2 broken pieces in unit and control panel also broken on one side. Firs time buying buying a Brother printer and the last time.
Not Worth Buying!! I have never owned a printer that printed one page every 3hrs. I own a small business and I don't have time to wait to print anything. I got rid of it, didn't even return it and purchased a Canon printer for small business and it was the best purchase ever, in a printer.
Horrible product Stopped working after 3 months.
RIP OFF This printer stops working when the cartridges are still almost full and will not print until a new cartridge is installed. Don't buy a Brother printer unless you want to support a company that tries to steal your money.
Doesn't work Maybe it prints well, but I'll never know. It connected to the wireless, but it will NOT print anything. I don't know what the problem is.
Not compatible with Apple products. Can not get it to print from iPhone or Mac book Air. Apparently this model is not AirPort ready. Wish I knew before I bought it. Will return.
Boy this Brother, hooked another Brother Up!!! Decided to go for this printer since most of the reviews were positive. Most of the negative reviews, I felt people were purchasing this printer which was on sale for $49.99 and thought there were getting a Laser Jet valued at $349.99. This expectation is way too high. can't set it up Cannot get the printer to set up, it will not talk to my computer. Would not install wirelessly, I kept getting NO MACHINE messages, the printer would connect to my router and wi-fi, but not to my computer. I installed with the USB wire connected and it appeared to install, but when I tried to add the device to my computer, it gave me a NO MACHINE message, and could not print.
